No Pobre TV. Ex-army soldier Harald Westphal moves into a larger apartment in Berlin-Neukölln with his second wife, their child, his two younger daughters from his first marriage, his son-in-law and his granddaughter. Problems soon arise with the multicultural neighborhood.
