No Pobre TV. The plan is simple: the three generals Weingarten, Ludovico and Klotz from San Chaco set a hitman on their doubles Stephan, Kralle and Peter, who live in Germany, in order to fake their deaths and also lighten the state coffers by 300 million dollars.
