No Pobre TV. In the midst of an energy crisis, an oil engineer sent by a European commodities company ventures into a resource-rich Latin American country under a political upheaval. He is tasked with evaluating the integrity of the world's largest oil reservoir, however he is unable to do it, forcing him to escape at any cost.
